Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all customers of JustDelegate AI and supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
JustDelegate AI Pty Ltd provides a powerful AI agent platform that can interact with thousands of people on your behalf. With that power comes responsibility. This policy exists to ensure our platform is used ethically, legally, and in a way that protects both your customers and the integrity of our service.
1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JustDelegate AI platform:
Communications & Messaging
- —Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or commercial communications to people who have not opted in
- —Telemarketing calls to individuals on the Australian Do Not Call Register without an existing relationship exemption
- —Sending messages or making calls outside of reasonable hours without explicit consent
- —Disguising the AI nature of your agent when directly asked by an end user
Fraud & Deception
- —Impersonating any individual, organisation, government agency, or financial institution
- —Conducting scam calls, phishing attempts, or any form of fraudulent communication
- —Deploying agents to deceive end users about the identity of the business they are communicating with
- —Configuring agents to make false claims about products, services, or business credentials
- —Using agents to collect personal or financial information under false pretences
Harmful or Dangerous Conduct
- —Configuring agents to threaten, harass, intimidate, or abuse end users
- —Deploying agents that provide medical, legal, or financial advice without appropriate disclaimers and qualified oversight
- —Using agents in contexts where AI errors could cause physical harm (e.g., emergency services, medical triage without safeguards)
- —Collecting sensitive personal information (health, financial, government ID) through agent conversations without explicit consent and appropriate security measures
Privacy & Data Violations
- —Collecting personal information from end users without disclosing how it will be used
- —Recording phone calls without disclosing recording to the caller
- —Storing or processing personal information in ways that violate the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or applicable international privacy law
- —Scraping or harvesting contact details from websites or databases for unsolicited outreach
Platform Abuse
- —Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or AI model weights from the platform
- —Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling the Service without written authorisation from JustDelegate
- —Using the Service to train or fine-tune competing AI models
- —Attempting to circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls
- —Deliberately causing excessive load or attempting denial-of-service attacks against our infrastructure
Illegal Activities
- —Using the Service for any purpose that violates Australian federal or state law, or applicable international law
- —Facilitating money laundering, drug trafficking, weapons sales, or other criminal enterprises
- —Distributing child sexual abuse material or exploiting minors in any way
- —Violating intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or trade secret rights
2. Responsible AI Agent Deployment
When deploying AI agents, you are responsible for:
- —Ensuring your knowledge base content is accurate, up-to-date, and does not contain misleading information
- —Testing your agents before deployment to verify they behave as expected
- —Providing an escalation path so end users can reach a human when needed
- —Disclosing that customers may be interacting with an AI agent where required by law or industry standards
- —Regularly reviewing agent conversations to identify and correct problematic responses
- —Not configuring agents to make guarantees or commitments you cannot fulfil
3. Reporting Violations
If you believe a JustDelegate AI customer is violating this policy, or if you (as an end user) have experienced abusive interactions from a JustDelegate-powered agent, please report it to us at hello@justdelegate.ai with as much detail as possible.
We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly. Reports may be made anonymously.
4. Enforcement
JustDelegate AI reserves the right to take enforcement action against accounts that violate this policy. Our enforcement escalates based on severity and recurrence:
First-time minor violations. We will email you a notice identifying the violation and required corrective action. You have 48 hours to remediate.
Repeated minor violations or first-time moderate violations. Your account and all AI agents are suspended for 7 days. No refund is issued for the suspension period.
Serious violations, repeat offenders, or any activity involving fraud, scams, or harassment. Your account is permanently closed. No refund is provided. You may be prohibited from creating future accounts.
Activity that constitutes a criminal offence will be reported to the Australian Federal Police, state police, the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), or other relevant authorities. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
5. Appeals
If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting us at hello@justdelegate.ai within 14 days of the enforcement action. Include your account email and a description of why you believe the action was taken in error.
Appeals are reviewed by our trust and safety team. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.
